Oscar joined Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in February 2016. His practice focuses primarily on insurance related defense matters.
Oscar was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and Criminology. While at Florida, the Albany Law Review published Oscar’s Senior Thesis. He graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors in 2011.
Oscar continued his education at Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. During his time at W&L, Oscar served as a Student Attorney in the Immigrant Rights Clinic where he successfully argued on behalf of clients to obtain legal U.S. residency.
Prior to joining the firm, Oscar served as law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Johnston of the Delaware Superior Court. Additionally, Oscar ran the 2014 Chicago Marathon as a charity runner for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
