Areas of Practice

Education

  • West Virginia University College of Law, Morgantown, West Virginia, 2010 J.D.
  • Marshall University, 2007 B.A. Major: Political Science

For over a decade, Geoff has honed his law practice, representing local businesses and government officials in complex litigation at both the trial and appellate level. Geoff is a skilled debater and enjoys the practice of researching and briefing the legal matters that are important to his clients so that he can advocate for them on the record and in the court room.

As a teenager growing up in Beckley, West Virginia, Geoff worked at the local Western Auto.  The knowledge gained from those early years as a service writer and parts clerk still serves Geoff today. Automobile dealership representation has become the foundation of Geoff’s law practice.  Geoff is an active member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel.

In addition to auto dealers, Geoff also represents various businesses big and small, as well as government officials on both the State and local level.  Geoff has an interest in alternative dispute resolution and loves to tackle the complex issues that often arise between the most sophisticated parties.
Geoff met his wife Rebecca at Marshall University, where they both graduated in 2007.  Geoff attended Marshall University on a debate scholarship and attributes his success with Marshall’s Speech and Debate Team as the inspiration to go to law school and become an attorney.

Geoff and Rebecca live in South Charleston with their daughter, Arabella, and their dogs Archie and Dudley.  Geoff loves spending time with his family and friends.  His passions include music, writing, and table top gaming.

Geoff started with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe as a summer clerk in 2008.  He continued his work as a law clerk with the firm up until his admission to the practice of law when he became an associate attorney.  Geoff was made a member of the firm in June of 2015.
