Nate Griffith was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He attended West Virginia University where he earned a degree in Criminology & Investigations in 2003. Nate then attended law school and graduated in 2010 in the top 25% of his class and then accepted full-time employment with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in the Morgantown office.
Nate’s practice is focused on personal injury cases, premises liability claims, motor vehicle accidents, insurance “bad faith” cases, employment law matters, insurance coverage disputes, and other general civil litigation matters. Nate has an active trial practice, having tried numerous cases in both state and federal court. Additionally, he has prepared appeals to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court of Appeals.
Nate lives outside of Morgantown with his wife, Kathryn, and their children. In his spare time, Nate enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and attending Mountaineer sporting events.
