Our Corporate and Business Law practice is focused on partnering with small and medium sized businesses to assist them with risk management, contract interpretation and, when needed, litigation. The main goal is to help business owners identify and manage risks.  We do this by getting to know the business owner, learn how the business works and then providing counseling and training to the owner(s) and employees.  Whether this includes reviewing contracts to ensure they are protected or providing training on employment matters, we assist in creating an atmosphere for a client's business to operate without the interruption of legal problems.

When litigation arises, Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC has experience in handling contract disputes involving the sale of goods, construction contracts, employment agreements, buy-sell agreements, partnership agreements and many other areas that effect business.  At the center of this representation is our interaction with the client, making sure we understand his or her concerns about litigation and providing effective recommendations to achieve the resolution the client desires based on our understanding of the client's goals.
