Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC has extensive experience in representing automobile dealerships throughout the State of West Virginia. Our Automobile Dealership practice group has represented automobile dealerships in hundreds of lawsuits and thousands of claims involving fraud, breach of expressed warranty, breach of implied warranty, Truth-In-Lending, West Virginia Consumer Credit Protection Act and the Uniform Commercial Code. We have defended and ultimately resolved numerous class actions against automobile dealerships. Our attorneys also provide counseling to our clients on employment matters, finance and insurance training and on the proper handling of service and warranty claims against an automobile dealership.
