Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe is proud to join with other area businesses to become a Corporate Partner with the West Virginia Association of Secondary School Principals.  The WVASSP welcomed the Firm in its September, 2007 Newsletter, "The Mirror," and made the following statement:

"Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe have agreed to provide free legal advice to WVASSP members through attorney Erik Engle.  Legal advice is just a phone call away.  Call (304) 344-0100, identify yourself as a WVASSP member and ask for Erik Engle.  He will answer your concerns or direct you to the proper place to get answers.  In the event that you need representation by an attorney, Erik will represent you for the normal attorney fee.  They cannot take a case where a principal has a dispute with a board of education.  The Law Firm represents school boards so this would be a conflict of interest.  Erik will still give advice in these cases."
