Jeffrey W. Molenda became a Partner with the law firm of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC PLLC on January 1, 2007. 

Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in French in 1977.

Mr. Molenda later attended Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law, graduating in 1993. 

He was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in 1993 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District and Southern District of West Virginia, the United States Tax Court as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. 

Mr. Molenda's practice experience includes work in civil litigation, particularly automobile and trucking accidents; premises security and premises liability; landlord and tenant disputes; oil, gas, timber and natural resources disputes and accidents; workplace accidents and injuries and insurance defense

Mr. Molenda is continuing his practice in the Charleston, West Virginia office.
