Johnnie Brown Named Editor for CARLAW and HouseLaw

CHARLESTON, WV (November, 2009),  Johnnie Brown, an equity partner with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, recently became the West Virginia State Editor for two legal reporters, CARLAW and HouseLaw, published by CounselorLibrary.com, LLC.  CARLAW and HouseLaw are monthly, online legal reporters for the automotive finance and lease industry, and the mortgage and home equity lending industry.  The publications cover federal and state legislation and regulations, litigation, attorney general opinions, and various other federal and state items of interest to the consumer credit industry.

Mr. Brown focuses a significant portion of his practice in automobile dealership and lending institutions.  He is a frequent lecturer, author and advisor to the West Virginia Auto and Truck Dealers Association and the West Virginia Housing Institute.
