Firm Receives Second Military Award

Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC was awarded the "Employer Sustained Superior Performance Award" from the West Virginia Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve presented to businesses that have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to continually support their employees who serve in the National Guard or Reserve.

Larry J. McNelly, Chairman of the Committee, stated that the WVESGR Awards Committee had unanimously voted to present the "Employer Sustained Superior Performance Award" in recognition of the Firm's record of achievement and accomplishment. This award was made possible because of the nomination by the commander of the unit in Iraq who worked with Steve Fowler, Equity Member and Walt Williams, Office Service Manager, on the Stefen F. Sammons Memorial Run which occurred in Iraq.

This is the second award received by the Firm for its dedication to our military personnel. In 2007 the firm was the only business in West Virginia to receive the "Patriotic Employer" award from the United States Department of Defense for its support of employee participation in "America's National Guard and Reserve Force."

The Firm takes great pride in their military employees and staff involvement with military activities. It is with honor they accept these awards.
