Charleston, WV - Johnnie Brown, Esquire of Pullin, Fowler & Flanagan, PLLC was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Dealer Counsel at its Annual Meeting in Dallas, Texas on March 12, 2007.

The National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC) is a nationwide professional organization of attorneys who represent automobile and other vehicle / vessel dealers.

The NADC provides a forum for members to share information, common experience, advice, help and answers to questions on manufacturer franchise issues, lemon laws, vehicle finance and regulatory complexities, insurance laws, tax laws, multiple regulatory requirements, buy sell agreements, rights of first refusal and employment laws and the many other issues facing dealers and their counsel today.
