DUANE J. RUGGIER, II BECOMES EQUITY MEMBER

As of May 2010, Duane Ruggier, II is an equity member of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, LLC.  Duane joined the firm in 1999 and focuses his practice on the defense of governmental entities and corporations.   Duane

Mr. Ruggier received his Juris Doctor degree from West Virginia University.  He currently serves on the West Virginia State Rehabilitation Council and does an extensive amount of charitable work on behalf of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.  He currently serves on the Leadership Council of the West Virginia Multiple Sclerosis Society and is a frequent speaker and advocate regarding multiple sclerosis.

Mr. Ruggier is admitted to practice law in the state of West Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia
