David M. Adkins has recently joined the law firm of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC, PLLC as an Associate in their Charleston, West Virginia office.

Mr. Adkins graduated from Alderson Broaddus College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History in 2006 Summa Cum Laude.
 
He received his Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law in 1999 receiving honors for the Moot Court Board.

Mr. Adkins is admitted to the West Virginia State Bar, the United States District Court Southern District of West Virginia, the United States District Court Northern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit.

He will be practicing in the area of general insurance defense litigation.
