Cy A. Hill became a Partner with the law firm of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC PLLC on January 1, 2007. 

Cy graduated summa cum laude from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. 

Following completion of his undergraduate degree, Mr. Hill attended West Virginia University College of Law, graduating in May 2001. 

He was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in October 2001 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern of West Virginia, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. 

Mr. Hill’s current practice primarily focuses on personal injury defense litigation which includes automobile accidents, deliberate intent suits, and products liability suits.  He also practices general insurance defense litigation which encompasses litigation ranging from insurance agent defense cases to construction defect cases.     

Mr. Hill is continuing his practice in the Charleston, West Virginia office.
