KEVIN K. CUSHING
FIRM ADMINISTRATOR

Kevin was born in New Hampshire and has resided with his wife in Charleston since 1982.  They have two children.  He obtained his B.S. and M.S. degree from West Virginia University graduating in 1982 Magna Cum Laude.  Kevin worked in the insurance claims profession for 13 years.  Three of these years were with Motorist Mutual and 10 with CNA as a claims professional and supervisor.

Kevin joined Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in June 1995 as Firm Administrator.  His duties encompass overall management of the firm.  Responsibilities include supervision of the firm’s business office and management of business operations in accounting, billing, marketing, technology, and human resources.  He approaches his position with a desire to utilize experience as a claims professional in aiding the firm to provide the best client service possible. 

KAREN MANN
PERSONNEL MANAGER

Karen is a native of Raleigh County and lives in Beckley.  She has two sons and four grandchildren.

Karen began her career at Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in May 1996 as a legal assistant in the Charleston office.  In 1997, as the Beckley office grew, she transferred to the Beckley office as a legal assistant.  Prior to joining the firm, Karen worked as a principal and teacher and was instrumental in developing a daycare program in her home town.  Due to this past experience and her tenure with the firm, Karen was promoted to Personnel Manager in February, 2006.  She is responsible for staff management in all four office locations.  Her duties include recruitment, performance management, and coordination of all staff positions within the firm.

TRACY R. MOONEY
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Tracy R. Mooney joined Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in November, 1995.  She currently resides in Scott Depot, West Virginia with her husband and two children. 

Tracy is responsible for the firm’s employee benefits program including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(K) plan.  She is also the primary leader in the firm’s wellness program promoting employee health, fitness, and well being.   Tracy coordinates and oversees firm wide technology in all four offices.  This includes the computer network, telephone, and communication systems.  Additionally she provides daily support to Kevin Cushing, Firm Administrator, in numerous administrative areas.  She grew with the firm in several different positions before becoming Administrative Manager in 2006.
