Molly Underwood Poe obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 1992 from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.  She returned to Charleston in 1992 and worked for two insurance defense litigation firms before joining Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in 1997.

Ms. Poe became a member of Pullin, Fowler and Flanagan, PLLC in 2002.  Ms. Underwood practices general insurance defense litigation with an emphasis in medical malpractice, employment law, construction law, government and municipal liability, and products liability.  Throughout her career she has handled cases in sexual harassment, medical negligence, wrongful discharge, toxic torts, and vehicular negligence.

Ms. Poe was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia in 1965.
