Ms. Miller is an Associate Member with Pullin, Flower, Flanagan, Brown & Poe. Her practice focuses on employment law, premises liability, automobile negligence, and medical malpractice. Born in Huntington, WV, Ms. Miller graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2008. Prior to her legal education, she studied Business and Marketing at the Lewis College of Business at Marshall University. During her collegiate career, she served as a Senator for the Lewis College of Business in Marshall University's Student Government, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing, member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Business Honorary Fraternity and served as President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. While in law school, Ms. Miller served as a Member of the West Virginia University Moot Court Board and was elected Secretary of the Board. She competed in the Fordham Securities Competition, worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Judith Scully at the College of Law, and as a Sports Law Research Assistant to Dean Dana Brooks at the WVU School of Physical Education. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Miller accepted a position with Offutt Nord, PLLC where she focused on medical malpractice, premises liability, legal malpractice, product liability, and appellate work. She was an associate there from 2008-2010. In 2010, Ms. Miller was appointed by West Virginia's Governor Joe Manchin to serve as the Vice Chair of the West Virginia Women's Commission. Ms. Miller is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, and is also admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
