Emily Lilly joined Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe in early 2011. She grew up in Charleston, West Virginia and graduated George Washington High School in 2001. Ms. Lilly graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2005 with a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy and minor in English. While attending the WVU College of Law, she was active in student government through her elected position on the College's Ethics Committee and participated in pro bono magistrate court mediations.

After earning her juris doctor degree in 2008, Ms. Lilly took a position as judicial law clerk to Kanawha County Circuit Court Judge Tod J. Kaufman. In 2010, she took an associate position with the national law firm Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith. Ms. Lilly is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Ms. Lilly currently resides in South Charleston with her husband and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, traveling, and walking the trails of various local parks with her husband and four-legged family.
