Attorney Profiles

Travis Haley joined the law firm as an associate attorney in August of 1992.  He became a partner in January, 1996, and is currently a member of the law firm.  Mr. Haley has also served on the firm's Executive Committee which runs the law firm on a day-to-day basis.

 Mr. Haley has tried multiple jury trials in State and Federal Court and has argued appeals before the Supreme Court of Appeals for the State of West Virginia and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.  

Travis Haley presents seminars on various topics of premises liability to Managers and Co-Managers of Kroger stores in West Virginia.  Additionally, he has presented seminars on insurance law to claims representatives for CNA Insurance Company, AIG Insurance Company and Progressive Insurance Company.  Mr. Haley has presented seminars on sexual harassment and discrimination to local chapters of the West Virginia Dental Association.  He has also taught classes addressing use of force and the constitution to police officers from the Oceana Police Department, located in Wyoming County, West Virginia.

Travis Haley was born in Morgantown, West Virginia.  He resides in Charleston, West Virginia, and has two daughters.  Mr. Haley enjoys spending time in the outdoors and participating in various sports, including running, swimming and mountain biking.  Additionally, he enjoys listening to music and playing the guitar.
