Traci L. Wiley was born in Beckley, West Virginia on June 24, 1972. Ms. Wiley attended Marshall University where she earned a B.A. in Political Science in 1994, and the University of Kentucky College of Law where she achieved her Law Degree in 1999. After receiving her law degree Ms. Wiley was associated with Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC. She joined Pullin, Fowler & Flanagan, PLLC  in July, 2000, where she continues to practice civil defense litigation. Ms. Wiley is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Ms. Wiley is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and the Kanawha County Bar Association.

Ms. Wiley currently resides in Cross Lanes, West Virginia, with her husband, Brent Wiley and son, Andrew.
