Seth Harper was born in Ripley, West Virginia and grew up in Evans, West Virginia. He graduated from Ripley High School in 1999. Seth attended Marshall University where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. He graduated Cum Laude and was Executive Vice President of Beta Alpha Psi, an Accounting Honor Society. Seth attended law schoool at the West Virgina University College of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the West Virginia Law Review. Upon graduating from law school, Seth served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Gary L. Johnson, Chief Judge of the 28th Judicial Circuit in Summersville, West Virginia.
