Nathan Joseph Chill was born on November 29, 1975 in Leominster, Massachusetts. Mr. Chill was raised in Cross Lanes, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and currently resides in Poca, Putnam County, West Virginia. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar. He is also admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Chill was associated with the law firm of Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso, P.L.L.C., in Charleston West Virginia, where he was involved in general practice consisting primarily of civil defense litigation. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Chill was employed by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals as a Circuit Court Law Clerk for the Honorable Jennifer Bailey Walker and the Honorable Herman G. Canady, Jr., of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Kanawha County, West Virginia. Mr. Chill attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish in 1998. He then attended the West Virginia University College of Law and graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2001. Nathan joined the firm in February 2005 as an associate attorney.
