Nathaniel D. Griffith was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, on October 30, 1985.  He attended West Virginia University where he earned a degree in Criminology & Investigations.  

In 2007, Nathaniel was accepted to the West Virginia University College of Law.  During law school, Nathaniel worked as a research assistant to an intellectual property professor and also clerked at Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe’s Charleston office.  While in law school, Nathaniel was an officer and competition member of the Lugar Trial Association.  As a member of Lugar, Nathaniel competed in the ABA Labor and Employment Law Mock Trial Competition in Chicago, Illinois.  Nathaniel graduated from law school in 2010 in the top 25% of his class and then accepted full-time employment with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC.

Nate enjoys reading, exercising and regularly attends Mountaineer football and basketball games during his time outside the office.
