Mark A. Glover is admitted to the West Virginia State Bar, the federal courts in the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mark's practice has included most areas of civil litigation with particular emphasis in the areas of medical malpractice, professional malpractice, employer liability, and insurer liability. While Mark has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters, he presently limits his practice to representation of defendants. Mark graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1999. He was named to The Order of the Coif and The order of Barristers." While in law school, Mark was a member of the West Virginia Law Review and he served as an Associate Editor for Student Works. Mark and his co-counsel won the 1999 West Virginia Invitational trial competition and he was named the 1999 Outstanding Law School Graduate. In additiona, mark served as president of his law school class. Mark is a member of the Judge John A. Field Jr., American Inn of Court and the Kanawha County Bar Association. In the community Mark is a member of the Board of the South Hills Soccer Association, head coach of the SHSA Flamingos all girl soccer club, and a player in the Southern West Virginia Adult Soccer League. Mark was born in Lebanon, Indiana and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. He has also lived in Morgantown, West Virginia and Miami, Florida. Mark and his wife, Rochelle Glover, live in Charleston, with their two daughters, Maggie and Sara. All of the Glovers are avid WVU Mountaineer fans.
