Keith R. Hoover joined Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe after graduating from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2009.  During his time at the College of Law, he was a member of the Moot Court Board and competed on the Board's National Team.  Additionally, he participated in the College of Law 's Immigration Clinic.  He also received the 2009 Patrick Duffy Koontz Award from the College of Law in recognition of leadership, citizenship, and academic achievement and graduated in the Top 15% of his class.      
 
Prior to attending law school, Keith studied History and Political Science at West Virginia Wesleyan College.  While at Wesleyan, he was named the Most Outstanding Senior in History, Political Science, and the Honor's Program.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude and received one of sixteen Senior Keys awarded to his graduating class.
 
Keith lives in Charleston with his wife where they attend River Ridge Church.  In his free time, Keith enjoys all that West Virginia has to offer including fly fishing, kayaking, hiking, and camping.  Keith is also an avid golfer and award winning photographer.
