Jennifer E. Tully obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2003 from West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown, West Virginia. Jennifer was admitted to practice law in 2003. Mrs. Tully was employed as an Assistant Public Defender with the Public Defender's Office in Fayetteville, West Virginia. She served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles M. Vickers, 12th Judicial Circuit for the West Virginia Circuit Court from August 2003 to August 2004. Mrs. Tully was also associated with Warner Law Offices in Charleston, West Virginia as a Summer Associate during the summer of 2000.

Mrs. Tully joined our firm in December, 2004. Mrs. Tully practices general insurance defense litigation with an emphasis in government/municipal liability, civil rights defense and vehicular negligence. Throughout her career she has handled cases in sexual harassment, employment law wrongful discharge, wrongful death, toxic torts and premises liability.
