Duane J. Ruggier II, a member with the law firm of Pullin, Fowler & Flanagan PLLC, practices extensively in the areas of corporate defense, insurance defense, and defense of governmental entities. Mr. Ruggier is a member of the West Virginia, American and Putnam County Bar Association, the First Baptist Church of Hurricane and the Defense Trial Counsel. He earned a B.A. Degree in Political Science from Marshall University and a J.D. Degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. While attending the College of Law, Mr. Ruggier served on the Board of Governors of the Lugar Trial Association. He is admitted to practice law in the state of West Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia. Mr. Ruggier was appointed to and served on the West Virginia State Rehabilitation Council and is president of the West Virginia Multiple Sclerosis Society Leadership Board. Additionally, Mr. Ruggier was named as a 2007 Generation Next honoree by the State Journal as one of the 40 Best and Brightest Professionals under the age of 40 in West Virginia.
