Cy was born in Charleston, West Virginia on December 8, 1975. He was raised in Hurricane, West Virginia and currently resides in South Charleston, West Virginia. He received degrees from both Marshall University and West Virginia University before being admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in 2001.

Cy began his legal career in the Kanawha County Public Defender Office in 2001 where he represented indigent defendants in criminal prosecutions. He began his civil litigation career at Pullin, Fowler & Flanagan, PLLC, in 2003 and became a Member of the firm on January 1, 2007.

Mr. Hill’s current practice primarily focuses on personal injury defense litigation which includes automobile accidents, deliberate intent suits, and products liability suits. He also practices general insurance defense litigation which encompasses litigation ranging from insurance agent defense cases to construction defect cases.
