Carrie A. Dysart was born and raised in After receiving her B.A. from West Virginia University, Carrie obtained her Masters of Science in Community Health Education from West Virginia University and worked as a Graduate Assistant. While working as a Graduate Assistant, Carrie organized and participated in several educational outreach programs dealing with such topics as sexual harassment and discrimination. In her career, Carrie has represented a variety of corporate and insurance company clients. In this regard, she has defended claims of harassment and discrimination, products liability, premises liability, civil rights and general litigation matters. Further, Carrie has organized and participated in several seminars on employment issues including updates on the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Public Employees Grievance Procedure, Wage and Hour issues, violations under the West Virginia Human Rights Act, gender discrimination and sexual harassment. Carrie serves as the Youth Ministry Director at her church and as a leader for the Girl Scouts Black Diamond Council. She is married to Trevor Dysart and they have three daughters Lauren, Elisabeth, and Caroline.
