Mr. Price is a native of West Virginia and currently resides in Winfield, West Virginia with his wife and daughter.

In 2001, Mr. Price joined the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young, LLP as a tax consultant in its Charleston, West Virginia office. There, Mr. Price was involved in the evaluation and analysis of business structures and corporate transactions to minimize potential tax liabilities.

In 2002 Mr. Price joined Pullin, Fowler & Flanagan, PLLC as an associate attorney. He has extensive experience in consumer litigation, defending businesses facing fraud allegations, breach of warranty claims, and violations of the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act and the Truth-In-Lending Act. A portion of Mr. Price's defense of consumer complaints has been devoted to defending the interests of automobile dealers and manufactured housing manufacturers and retailers. His practice areas also include personal injury, workplace accidents, employment law, contract disputes, toxic torts, and products liability with an emphasis in corporate/business defense. In September 2006 Mr. Price became a partner/member of Pullin, Fowler & Flanagan, PLLC.
